How does it work?
1. Order Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully placed via our shopping cart, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. A second email will follow when your order is being prepared for shipment, allowing you to track its progress in real-time.
2. Parcel Delivery Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number. This will enable you to monitor the delivery status of your package at any time.
3. Pallet Delivery Tracking
When your order is ready for pallet delivery, and the delivery schedule has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the exact delivery date. If you require delivery on a specific day, please inform our team in advance. To ensure a smooth delivery process, make sure the delivery team has clear and safe access to your property. This includes a designated parking space and ensuring that all pathways and indoor areas are free from obstacles. If the delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, a second delivery will need to be arranged, and an additional fee will apply.
4. Order Verification
